Alfea Suite is the perfect accommodation to stay in the historic center of Bologna – Excellent location (see map below), a few meters from Via Marconi and only 700mt from Piazza Maggiore. It is a quiet studio apartment overlooking internal patio, equipped with a small terrace and a windowed bathroom, on the second floor of a small building excellently maintained and equipped with an elevator. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and is furnished with all modern comforts, such as air conditioning, flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and free fast wi-fi. The nearest airport is Bologna-Gugliemo Marconi, just 9km away while Bologna Central Rail Station is only 1km away.
Our apartment is located in the historic center of Bologna. You will be able to visit the city’s main tourist attractions on foot, such as Piazza Maggiore, the Neptune Fountain, the Basilica of San Petronio and the Two Towers, Piazza delle Sette Chiese and the Museum of Modern Art (MAMbo). Bologna is famous for its colonnades, thanks to which it can be visited comfortably on foot even when raining. Thanks to the wide range of public transportations, it is possible to conveniently visit also nearby attractions such as the Basilica of San Luca or San Michele in Bosco with its splendid view of the whole city.
In addition, thanks to the proximity to the train station Alfea Suite is the perfect base to visit attractions outside of Bologna, such as the Ferrari Museum, Florence or the Riviera Romagnola with many famous seaside places.

L’appartamento è in condizioni perfette direi praticamente un primo ingresso, è completamente domotizzato a partire dall’ingresso in casa che viene gestito tramite un applicazione. Cura maniacale per i dettagli e le dotazioni dell’appartamento dove potrete trovare elettrodomestici nuovissimi e di ottima qualità. Riscaldamento ottimo, doccia e bagno veramente fatti bene. La camera è silenziosa e in un condominio tranquillo. Molti parcheggi ( a pagamento) in zona. Check-in online facile e veloce e il proprietario si è dimostrato sempre molto cordiale e disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare.L’appartamento è un monolocale più bango quindi gli spazi non sono enormi ma corrispondono perfettamente alla descrizione. Tutto è sistemato in maniera tale da non dare assolutamente alcun impedimento o ingombro quindi le dimensioni non eccessive non sono assolutamente un deficit. Consigliato per una coppia.

unico neo: non c’era alternativa ai cuscini.. erano troppo bassi, se si mettessero nell’armadio anche un paio un po’ più alti sarebbe davvero il top
Una “stanza domotica” indimenticabileIn questa stanza tutta tecnologica, di design ma allo stesso tempo accogliente abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Un letto comodo per dormire, pulizia eccellente, posizione strategica (10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bologna) cucina, macchinetta del caffè, internet, Netflix, cromo terapia in bagno, tutto veramente perfetto! Vicinissima al mercato delle erbe (5minuti a piedi) e alla stazione centrale( 15 minuti a piedi). Situata in un quartiere e palazzo super tranquillo. Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di fare il check-in anticipato e ringrazio Ali che è stata di una disponibilità e gentilezza infinita.

Soggiorno in questa struttura complessivamente ottimo, accogliente e moderno, consigliato.Complessivamente tutto, il monolocale è moderno e accogliente, ha tutto ciò che serve, arredato in maniera elegante e funzionale, abbiamo apprezzato molto la cognizione di causa con la quale sono stati progettati gli ambienti.
Sembrava più grande dalle foto, impostazioni per temperatura dell’ambiente non facili da impostare.
Un colpo di fortuna trovarla libera!La posizione centrale, in pieno centro storico animato eppure , nonostante caffè, bar, ristoranti, supermarket, farmacia tutto praticamente a pochi passi dalla suite. un oasi di tranquillità grazie al fatto che si affaccia alle corti interne verdi della casa. Moderna, tecnologia, arredata con gusto, curata nei minimi dettagli. C’è tutto, e sottolineo tutto!
Non ho trovato alcun difetto ed ho prenotato per altri 5 fine settimana!

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα, άνετο, ωραία διακοσμημένο. Είχε τα πάντα.

Cooles , kompaktes Studio an zentraler, ruhiger Lage, empfehlenswert!
Modernes, stylisches Apartement an sehr guter und ruhiger Lage, praktisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Einrichtung neu und perfekt, cooles Design schwarz – beige – grün. Küche gut ausgestattet (nicht benutzt), Grundriss gut und raumsparend organisiert.
Elektronisches Schliesssystem via Ap/Handy ist eher für digital-natives geeignet und wirkt bei “Ankunft” etwas unpersönlich. Die Betreuung via Handy / what’s up funktioniert jedoch super effizient, merci Ali! Eher für internationale Kundschaft mit weniger Lokalkolorit.
